The freedom and independence I felt as a child remain to this day - an expression of pure joy. I never regret a day out on my bike - even that desolate day in the Pyrenees that nearly broke me ended with a huge smile on my face."
*John joined the board of Charleston Moves in 2015 in order to help create a truly bicycle friendly city.

"Food is fuel, it’s worth understanding how your engine runs. It took me a long time to really figure that out. I'm now the anomaly at restaurants - vegan, gluten free, and alcohol free. Luckily, I love to cook, and I live and work at home. I focus on a nutrient-dense plant-based diet to enable optimal health and wellness for myself, and for the benefit of the larger ecosystem.
